Aurélien Chatagnier created his business in 2002 starting with 1.2 hectares of vines under lease, mainly growing grapes destined for Vins de Pays. The domaine gradually expanded with the help of a few fellow winegrowers. Today, the domaine comprises 7.7 hectares, broken down as follows:
0.7 hectares in Condrieu
0.2 hectares in Côte-Rôtie
0.3 hectares in Cornas
3.5 hectares of Saint-Joseph Red
1 hectare of Saint-Joseph White
2 hectares of IGP des Collines Rhodaniennes Red and White
We have always been conscious of the need to protect the environment and we have put this into practice by converting to organic growing. We have been officially certified as organic since the 2022 vintage.
