Domaine de Corps de Loup

It is said that the last remaining wolf in the region was shot here, hence the name “Corps de Loup” (wolf’s body).
Located in the south of the AOC, on the border with Condrieu, the wine domaine sits on a hillside overlooking the Rhône River and its offshoot.
In 1991, when the Daubrée family took over the 9-hectare domaine, it was a forgotten place, abandoned under the brambles and woods that had reclaimed the land.
They then embarked on a mammoth project: the slopes were cleared, the vineyards replanted and the buildings restored.
Today, the vineyards have been reborn and the story begins anew.
