Domaine De Rosiers

Domaine de Rosiers is located in Ampuis. Maxime Gourdain took over the wine domaine, which has been in the family for 3 generations, from his grandfather, André Drevon, and his uncle, Louis Drevon, in 2013. Initially producing only AOP Côte-Rôtie on just over 8 hectares, the domaine then produced its first bottles of Condrieu in the 2014 vintage, working two plots of vines lying in the commune of Saint Michel sur Rhône with an annual production of around 2,300 bottles. Since taking over the domaine in 2013, Maxime has been determined to preserve the environmental gains already made, while developing his management and maintenance practices for the vineyards’ soil and vines throughout the growing season. As a part of this process, the domaine has been HVE-certified since the 2020 vintage and began its conversion to organic growing in 2021. HVE3 certified.
