Domaine Vallet Anthony

The domaine’s vineyards are spread between Limony and Saint Pierre de Bœuf, in the southern part of the Condrieu AOC. The plots lie at different altitudes resulting in grapes with differing degrees of maturity.
For the Condrieu, the grapes are pressed whole and undergo an ageing process in which 80% of the wine spends around 8 months in barrels and 20% in vats. The total vineyard area dedicated to Condrieu covers 1.10 hectares. HVE certified
