Les Terriens was born out of a shared passion: wine… The vines are carefully tended and cared for throughout the year. When they have reached perfect maturity, the grapes are harvested by hand in order to respect the vines and create high-quality wines. The winemaking work involves various operations including de-stemming, punching down and pumping over, as well as temperature control. Ageing – the final stage – takes place in oak barrels, demi-muids, foudres or truncated vats. The Les Terriens cellar is located in Chavanay and it is here where they vinify and age the different red and white wines producing 50,000 bottles a year.
